I know many women who cut their hair off after a break up. Or go through a massive glow up. Nothing wrong with it. But you don't need trauma or pain as an excuse to change your life. I feel like it's much more difficult to find the motivation or consistency to see the change through when you are in a good place. This episode speaks to the fact that complacency or contentment can often be an excuse for ignoring the nagging calling we're receiving to level up our lives. We can easily convince ourselves that our prior goals or ambitions are no longer needed to satisfy us. While there may be some level of truth to that, it doesn't change the fact that the calling will always be with you.
