How do you know your connection to spirit is real? In fifteen years of teaching intuition development, it's one of the most common questions I get. And the answer surprises people: you don't always know it the way your mind wants to, with absolute certainty. That's just not how intuition works.

While I was watching a basketball game the other night, I felt my dad sitting beside me, watching the game with me the way we used to do before he passed. As I was enjoying his presence, doubt started to creep in. Am I making this up? Even after all my years as a medium, there was no way to be sure. Then came a deeper realization: I didn't need to know for sure. I just needed to let myself trust in the connection and enjoy the experience. I felt loved, and that was enough.
