You don't need to be more disciplined, not in the sense of continuing to muscle your way to the things you think you should be disciplined about, like working out and organizing your calendar, managing people and expectations and projects, especially when you take an old mindset to these tasks to prove that you are disciplined—there's such effort in that. That's just exhausting.
