Cat Woolrich is a strategic marketing consultant and the founder of Nine Yard Marketing, based in Cheshire. After more than a decade in senior agency roles, Cat was thriving in a career she loved, until life changed direction when her little boy was born with a rare genetic disorder. Balancing the demands of agency life with being a full-time carer proved impossible, and she knew something had to give.
Cat now works with growing brands to bring structure, clarity and strategy to their marketing, while building a career that aligns with her values and her family. Her journey has reshaped how she defines success. Proving that ambition and balance can coexist, and that meaningful work doesn’t have to come at the cost of wellbeing.
