Today is not only my 34th birthday, but a day that I am incredibly grateful to share a collection of songs that I've been working on for the last few years, songs to get you to dance, to be silly, to have fun, to feel good in your own skin. Today I release all ten of those songs, which you can listen to below. So I thought for this podcast I'd share my music journey, starting out as a kid who had literally no musical talent, tone deaf, shy, about ready to quit, to starting a band and moving to NYC, to finding my own voice and creating a new medium to share in my love for music with YOU.

A bit more about the music:
It brings me great joy to be able to share a music project I've been working on for the last year and a half. I could say it's my "solo" album, but that would go against the very nature of its intention. I created these songs to share what I love most about music, it's unlimited ability to create a deeper sense of connection in our hearts and bodies, and share it with you in the hopes that it may put a smile on your face and a little shimmy in your step.
Simply put, You and The Everybody Band is a collection of songs and rhythms to get you up and dancing. Music has always been a way to help me get over depression, anxiety, and a general sense of disconnection, dance music has a way to get me out of my head and into my body, and today I am grateful to have the opportunity to share this music with YOU on all streaming platforms.
My only hope is that while listening to each song you let the music take you on a ride, be silly, have fun, let your guard down, dance away the fear, sing or play along, and feel free to be YOU. As always, thank YOU for being YOU.
