Proposition A will be on the Missouri ballot November 5th. What will it do? Well, now, that’s a loaded question, isn’t it?!! You see, there’s a difference between what the ballot language says and what it will actually do. For starters, the Proposition will add 8 pages-15 sections to current state statute! Under the guise of “fair wage” the government is once again sticking their finger where it doesn’t belong, trying to increase minimum wage (something they shouldn’t be doing in the first place!) for private businesses but exempting any government businesses from the increase. It would also mandate sick pay for all employees.

Mandated minimum wage is already an overreach of government, but this is an outrage! People, this is communism! Everyone DOES NOT deserve the same pay! You need to earn your pay! And guess what? If your employer isn’t paying you what you think you deserve, you can get a different job! Or maybe more likely, you don’t actually deserve more money:)
