Here we are a year into the pandemic and its still f*cking hard. This week Sue and Katelyn discuss the toll the pandemic has had on them a year later. Some things still remain the same, but keeping their mental health in check has been difficult as we all continue to live in this pandemic. 

On this week's episode Sue welcomes their first male guest, Chicago Artist and Youth Mentor Brotha Oh. They talk about his growth, the stages of evolving as a man, and the importance of being vulnerable.

On this week's episode the Universe was testing Sue to see if she was going to be the BIGGER person. HK, previous roommate and long-time friend join the girls as  they discuss how always being the bigger person can be exhausting and how damaging it can be for one's self. On the flip side you can find a way to protect your peace and sometimes that means not being the bigger person because you care more about your inner peace. Tune in to see what Sue chooses. 

On this week's episode Sue brings her BFF Deshara down memory lane as they discuss the boys they use to love in high school. They reflect on the things they use to look for in relationships and talk through what they look for now as adults.
