From humble beginnings to becoming a Partner at KPMG, Andrea MacDonald is a force to be reckoned with. With both a CPA and a CA designation, along with a business degree from one of the top schools in the country, she is definitely not your typical corporate leader. By wearing her heart on her sleeve, and believing in the power of showing up as your authentic self on the job, Andrea inspires those within her orbit to push past self imposed limitations, and to reach their true potential.

Andrea began her career at KPMG after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Majoring in Accounting. After 5 years of working with KPMG, she has spent some time working in industry at various asset management/ private equity companies. In 2019, she made the decision to return to KPMG working as a Partner in the Asset Management practice. At KPMG, Andrea works on various clients within the asset management industry including private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and mutual funds. She also co-leads KPMG’s campus recruiting team across the GTA. Andrea lives in Toronto with her partner and two young children.
