In this episode, I’m talking about the power of vision, faith, and speaking life over what hasn’t shown up yet. The title says it all — you have to see it before you see it. I share a lesson I learned years ago from my friend and former business coach, Marc Coley, founder of The Marc Coley Business Academy. Marc used to have us introduce ourselves as our future selves — and at the time, it felt so uncomfortable. But now I understand he was helping us train our minds, our words, and our faith to align with the vision God placed inside of us.

I also talk about how this mindset shows up in real life — from watching my eight-year-old son speak things into existence, to realizing that faith truly works in the unseen. I even touch on the movie Acrimony as an example of what it looks like to hold on to a vision when nobody else believes it.

This episode is your reminder to protect what God showed you, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. Keep speaking it, keep working toward it, and keep believing until it manifests. See it before you see it.
