Hey world! In this episode, I share with you the process of how I decided to seek help. I did not know what to do or who to ask but I knew after I admitted and took full responsibility that I needed help. I knew I was at the end of my rope and I was either going to let the rope hang me or let someone else untangle the knot that I had tied so tight around me. I was in bondage and I didn't even know it. I got to that tipping point and asked for help. I share with you that process and how it is important that we all seek help especially if we are at the bottom or down and out.
