Is it a rule of thumb to adhere to your neighbors’ standards of living? Should you abide by how someone else feels your property should look or should it be a personal preference? These are tough questions because believe it or not, the outside appearance of your home may negatively impact the value of your neighbor’s property as well as your own. These are the topics we are discussing on today’s episode. So, get your drink ready and toast with us as we begin another episode of the You Heard What I Said Podcast.
While these questions are more on the broader side of the debate, how do the smaller things affect your neighborhood? Is it okay to leave your trash bins outside a little longer after the trash has been collected, especially if you work a full-time job? Does your grass need to be cut every week or is every two weeks acceptable when providing a welcoming and well-manicured look to the neighborhood. Lawn car and garbage pickup is just part of it, what about washing your vehicle in your driveway or performing maintenance on your vehicle in your front yard? Being a homeowner is a lot of responsibility and there is an enormous amount of upkeep that goes along with it. The fact remains that we are all for keeping our neighborhood safe and appealing.

I don't know about all of you , but Kion and I participate in a little harmless flirting from time to time. Now this is coming from a married and single persons perspective. Even though we believe flirting can be harmless, is it considered cheating? This is the question we're discussing on todays episode. So get your drink ready and toast with us as we begin another episode of the You Heard What I Said Podcast.
Todays question comes from "Tonight's Conversation The Card Game. The questions they pose are thought provoking questions that will have you evaluating yourself and your relationship; which will ultimately give you clarity and insight on who you are as a person, in a relationship and the things you can work on to allow yourself to grow. Kion and I shared our perspectives on flirting and if we consider it cheating while in a relationship.
While we believe flirting isn't considered cheating, it can become disrespectful and damaging to your relationship if the communication and boundaries haven't been established. Have open communication with your partner to make sure both parties feel comfortable and respected within the relationship. The one thing I forgot to touch on as a follow-up to Kion's response within the episode, was how important love languages play a part when it comes to why some people may flirt. If your needs aren't being met, then sometimes people tend to explore. It's vital to learn all aspects of your partner so that you're adding joy into their life. Learn how they need to be loved, desired and respected so they feel amazing in the relationship.

Kion and I are continuing our conversation on the Netflix Series Love Is Blind hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. Season 6 has ended and boy was it entertaining. The second part is primarily focusing on Clay and AD and Clay's family dynamic. The internet is still talking about the 5 engaged couples, the 2 that made it to the alter and the 1 that ended in marriage. Let's get into it on todays episode of the You Heard What I Said Podcast.
Clay and AD all day, Laura, Jeramey and the Sarah Ann love triangle, and Jimmy and Chelsea are the highlights of our episode. However, let's not forget Trevor and his situationship and the happy couple Johnny and Amy. This season had us all over the place with multiple relationships, love triangles and tons of drama. Now even though we wouldn't entertain this process of finding love, we commend those who put themselves out there to find real love. It can be a difficult process to find your person, so when you do, nourish and enjoy it.
