Have you ever tried exercising to cure your mental struggles? According to some people, this is the magical be-all-end-all cure for any major mental disorder and the reason you're not getting better is that you're not doing it enough! Kick back with me while I explore this topic; if rolling my eyes counts as exercise, I think I've fulfilled my quota for the day...

But in all seriousness - exercise has its benefits and can be a great tool in your wheelhouse! Just make sure you're using it as a tool to enhance your treatment rather than expecting it to be treatment itself, and you might be surprised how great of an outlet it is to allow you to shut your brain off for a while and decompress.
