with love, there is trust.

the moment when you become aware of trust issues within your self and mistrust in others the soul speaks if only one listens. 

from a place of rest and stillness what you may uncover to find is “juicy”.

to instill trust in who you are deep down from within in your heart despite what anyone else thinks or perceives you to be takes courage. believe me.

i’m still finding that power inside of myself. 

this episode is an extension of my own heart and it’s vulnerabilities in which i open up and shed light in to all its depth.

just beneath the surface is where my own roots stem too no telling how vast or entangled they can he. “to know thy self” is one of the most profound missions to embark on for an individual in this human experience. i ask myself this question multiple times a day.

sometimes without even thinking about it..

i think about it. as each moment passes in my life, i start putting the pieces of imperfections together with grace whether it be parts of who i thought i was, parts of who i actually am, and the parts of who i could very well be.

I have been in the DMV area staying with my friend since July 31st! 

this whole month showed me it is ok to take a break. stagnancy feels like death, but sometimes when you don’t know how to move, you have to sit still as best as you can. 

the lows come with the most valuable lessons. everything is temporary.
