Transforming Perspectives | When asked to believe, often our inner thought is, how is my belief measured?
The Bible is explicit about the concept of faith which is neither a religion nor a denomination, but an act of believing God. Apostle Paul’s letter to the Hebrews Chapter 11, defines faith as the substance of things hope for evidence of things not seen, meaning the manifestation of a word spoken, such as Noah building an ark, believing in rain as God had spoken, before it had ever rained upon the earth. Paul expresses, “By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.” Hebrews 11:3, New International version
Faith is indeed measured by the substance or proof of the hope planted in our hearts and minds upon hearing a spoken promise or word of God. Notable is the Lord’s exhortation expressed in the parable of the fig tree, requiring trust in his authority to change the impossible to possible in every opportunity, regardless of time, season or limitations.
Faith is, when belief meets or is active at the predestined time ordered by God, whereby hope becomes alive having assurance in God with whom the impossible becomes a reality of possibilities. Because with God all things are possible when we believe, placing our trust in God.
Apostle Paul exhorts of prevailing faith, “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2 , New International Version, NIV
Pray, Read and Study - Hebrews Chapter 11 & Matthew Chapter 21:17-22. (Bible verses presented in comparative versions are for each reader’s further edification on the topic and Scripture).

Transforming Perspectives | A misconception of Christian faith, is related to the ideology of abundance often interpreted as prosperity. Contrarily, historical narratives of Scripture, frame the concept of God’s provisions by events comparable to planting, gathering and receiving, relative to the perspective of farming. Jesus began to teach to the multitude following, “Then he told them many things in parables, A farmer went out to sow his seed.” Matthew 13:3, New International Version
Contextually, in the era of the Old Testament, a typical livelihood was of farming consisting of seasons of planting and cultivating and harvesting. Biblically, farming was conveyed as a metaphorical comparisons for abounding in life. The most important aspect of a believer’s life is display in the acts of planting. Gaining patience, allowing time for seeds to grow by nutrients provided from God, and supplied by cultivated soil, sun and rain. Moreover, hope in times of waiting for harvesting.
Significant, however is the existential root of abundance, being centered in the overflowing provisions of God, given by faith in acts of giving, exemplified in a widow’s offering “And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.” Mark 12:41-43, King James Version
Symbolically, abounding is the simplicity of God’s providence, also purposed to illuminate man’s interdependence for fellowman, being fundamental to the functioning of faith in Jesus Christ by having effectual lives, trusting in God. “And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.” Mark 12:41-43, King James Version
Pray, Read and Study - Genesis Chapter 13:1-12 & Matthew Chapter 6:25-34. (Bible verses presented in comparative versions are for each reader’s further edification of the topic in Scriptures).

Biblical Summary of Transforming Perspectives of Deeper Insights of Biblical Principles for an Anxiety and Worry Free, Life - Fret NOT! … Concerns in our personal lives, as well as events occurring around the world, can evoke anxiety, worries and also, dread or fret about life.
Biblically, to ‘fret’ means more than having a mindset of dread or uneasiness. But also, means to become agitated and wrestle or struggle with or against, uncertainty or the unseen, in trials and suffering during testing of faith in times of maturing, spiritually.
The Lord’s command to ‘Fear Not’ is a crucial volition, ‘to become unafraid’ in any circumstance. Essentially, a transformative action of refocusing our mind’s perspective from ourselves and circumstances unto Him, Jesus the Christ. An act of Faith ‘Casting’ all of cares and worries upon Him. Literally, meaning ‘throwing at or upon’ Him, all cares, troubles and worry, resting in the supremacy of His Name.
During the most difficult time for the people of Israel, Isaiah the messenger of God, relayed “Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10, New American Standard Bible
Spiritual maturity, is responding confidently in every circumstance, having gained knowledge with increased trust by faith through prayers, according to the Lord’s will, receivng the peace of God.
Formidably, as when Jesus and certain disciples set sail to the other side, “But as they sailed he (Jesus Christ) fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he ( Jesus) arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm. And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.” Luke 8:23-25 , King James Version
Pray, Read and Study - The Psalms Chapter 37 & Philippians Chapter 4:6-14.

Transforming Perspectives | Biblically, the act of forgiving is more, a complex phenomenon of healing, as it is of forbearance of sins, offences, trespasses and transgressions.
Forgiveness begins by submitting to God’s will as a response to his command, to forgive! So to be forgiven and so to allow the Holy Spirit to complete his perfect work in every affected individual, personally and collectively. Evidenced as David submits to God, after an affair with Bathsheba, praying, “Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. Psalms 51:1, New King James Version
Actually, a sin or transgressions against someone, such as a false witness (lying), coveting (jealousy, envy and stealing), unfaithfulness (adultery), are offences that impart a bruise upon one’s heart and mind. So significant are our sins, against God and one another that the Lord’s intervention is required to restore wholeness and wellness in each person. Matthew writes, “And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them. They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Matthew 9:11-13, King James Version
Pray and ask the Lord, if there is any offence or sin against anyone that requires your repenting and forgiving as well as God’s forgiveness. Because without being healed from hurts and loss, our heart and mind will become sickened, often physically noticeable effects as bitterness and resentment leading to anger, and to hatred, and in untreated cases, murder. David, repentant before God, prays “Wash me thoroughly from my guilt And cleanse me from my sin…Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalms 51:2 & 10, English Standard Version
Pray, Read and Study - Psalms 51 & Gospel Accounts of Matthew Chapter 8 (Bible Verses presented in comparative versions are for each readers further edification on the topic in Scriptures).

Biblical Summary | Transforming Perspectives of Deeper Insights of the Bible Doctrine of Grace -
God’s Grace reaches beyond his offering of salvation by Faith, in the saving work of Jesus Christ, offered to all mankind without condemnation. Grace, termed ‘χάρις’ (Greek), pronounced, khar'-ece, is interpreted, literally and figuratively as spiritual and of divine influence upon one’s heart and its reflection in the life. An Impartation upon one’s act of Faith, believing in the birth, death and resurrection, of Jesus Christ, as effecting the Way to eternal life. Paul the Apostle, explains, “That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:7-9, King James Version.
Grace’s expanse, touches every person for the forgiveness for sins, trespasses and disobedience against God’s righteous and sovereign will. Often his Grace is referred as unmerited favor, meaning, God is actively overseeing every aspect of believers’ lives. Providing immeasurable and unchanging mercies, provisions, miraculous healing, and intervention as well as spiritual wholeness beyond worldly imagination, unconditionally.
Secularly, a businessman understands the term ‘grace,’ infers a period or time by which it is being offered. Wherefore, Today! respond “Yes,” as affirmation of accepting God’s drawing or by a tugging on your heart, unto his Grace of Salvation. As, David exhorted, “that as it is clear that some have to go in, and that the first hearers of the good news were not able to go in because they went against God's orders, After a long time, again naming a certain day, he says in David, Today (as he had said before), Today if you will let his voice come to your ears, be not hard of heart.” Hebrews 4:6-7, The Bible in Basic English version.
Pray, Read and Study Scriptures - Ephesians Chapters 1-2 & Hebrews Chapter 4. (Bible verses presented in comparative versions are for each reader’s further edification of Scriptures).

Transforming Perspectives |
Spiritually Minded is spiritual maturity, walking and thriving in life with our thoughts and minds becoming effective, increasingly in faith. Keeping thoughts on the Person and Authority of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Progressively, attaining greater heights by the guidance of the Spirit and will of God. Contrastingly, man’s carnal mind is constantly triggered by fleshly reactions, desires and emotions, guided by personal instincts and based upon daily circumstances.
However, entering a relationship with God in Jesus Christ, increasing in faith and advancing spiritually through the illuminating work of the Holy Spirit, transforms our minds and thoughts to judge wisely and withstanding harsh circumstances of trials and tribulations, for which there is no condemnation. Apostle Paul, a Teacher of the Law, yet was called to the Gentile, explains, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit,” Romans 8:1, Bible in Basic English, version
Spiritual mindedness is living by faith overcoming every circumstance not by the carnality of the flesh but by the authority of the name of Jesus Christ.
Apostle Paul exhorts further, “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:5-6, New King James Version

Transforming Perspectives |
Renewing of the mind is a transformative manifestation of our thinking, aligning with our new spiritual body as a believer, thriving in the authority of the Word of God. An essential aspect of faith is the Holy Spirit performing a spiritual work in our hearts and minds. Resultant in a metamorphosis of thinking into renewed emotions and thoughts in righteousness.
The work or process of renewing the mind is developing new perspectives regarding oneself, and God in relations to life. Attained by perpetual experiential enlightenment in an increasingly faithful relationship with God in Jesus Christ.
Gaining, spiritual understanding of the liberty in Jesus Christ, heightening in wisdom and resting in the perfect will of God.
Paul, the Apostle explains of the key principles of right thinking exhorting, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8, King James Version.

Transforming Perspectives | Have you considered the worldly practices in your faith walk that hinder your spiritual life?
Biblical references pertaining to the word ‘Liberty’ expound on the fundamentals of spiritual wellness maintained in a relationship with God in Jesus Christ. A relationship consisting of the freedom from the burdens of the Law which remains the moral standard in righteousness, however the satisfying of them has been fulfilled eternally by Jesus Christ for every who believes.
Most of us understand that Jesus Christ comes to deliver, heal and set free or remove physical bondages, offering a new life of righteousness in Him.
More explicitly, he is liberty whose spirit releases or loosens the bounds of unseen bruises, hurts and heartbreak which hinder our belief that our faith includes surrendering wholly in trust upon Him.
Biblical Principles |
The Spirit of Lord is Liberty who sets us free, releasing us in faith from the bondage of religious rituals and practices.
Galatians 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? (The Bible - King James Version).

Transforming Perspectives |
Judgment is the most misunderstood and feared principle of Bible doctrine. Truthfully, judgment is an act of righteousness encompassing, exercising wise decisions in matters of oneself, mankind and God.
God is righeousness, all that is just, right, and equitable originate and exist in him. Righteous judging is rooted in wisdom given by God, requiring spiritual discernment to assessed good from evil so to respond rightly and equitably in every situation.
Contrarily, man’s wisdom is partial, based upon idiosyncratic beliefs and experiences from which the principles of the kingdom of God are misconstrued. Ultimately, all of God’s creation will be presented before the absoluteness of his divine righteousness.
Consequences of eternal judgment for the world’s wrongful acts and deeds have been decreed, already. God’s intervention is his righteousness offered in Jesus, the Christ. Anyone, not clothed in righteousness in the presence of God will fall into his divine judgment of the eternal wrath.
Biblical Principles |
Everyone resting in the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ will joyfully be received in eternal glory of which the second death has no power.
Revelation 20:11-12 - And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
