You = Me®

Re-gifting Love & Kindness

This is a heartwarming story of a family whose father came to America as a little boy during the fall of Saigon. The family is now re- gifting to Afghan families what the Vietnamese community experienced here forty six years ago. It’s a feel good story of a hard working family instrumental in helping others…

Host Cindy Jarvis, interviews Spiritual Director and founder of Your Life Divine kristina Proctor.  Kristina invites us to explore a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human. Simply put, spiritual direction is helping people tell their sacred stories every day. Spiritual direction has emerged in many contexts using language specific to particular cultural and spiritual traditions. Describing spiritual direction requires putting words to a process of fostering a transcendent experience that lies beyond all names and yet the experience longs to be articulated and made concrete in everyday living. It is easier to describe what spiritual direction does than what spiritual direction is. Spiritual direction helps us learn how to live in peace, with compassion, promoting justice, as humble servants of that which lies beyond all names.

Kristina takes us on a Heart Math meditation journey that you don’t want to miss……

In today’s podcast I want to share with you a study group discussion on the teachings of Paul Selig’s Guides with Podcast host Cindy Jarvis. Kristina is the moderator of the discussion along with the book club's attendee's who have agreed to share this recording. This is an advanced discussion of the reality of consciousness in our physical experiences. We discuss in detail what this means and how we can inculcate the teachings into our every day reality.

About the book author:
Paul was born in New York City and received his master’s degree from Yale. He was the last person, as an academic, that thought he would be doing this kind of work. In 1987 Paul had a spiritual experience that left him clairvoyant & clairaudient. Today he is considered one of the foremost contributors to the field of channeled literature working today. Deepak Chopra says Paul is the authentic forward truth straight from the source field.”

Host, Cindy Jarvis, shares some introspective thoughts on Love and why now is the time for transformative change to live the empowered and fulfilling life that has always been there for us. Especially in times like we are experiencing with Covid and our political divides about truth. It's easy to be tipped off balance.

 Accessing the true power of love is as simple as claiming it for ourselves. In the understanding of what love is not, we can tap into the powerful manifestation's  of  Love. The most powerful energy on Earth!

You = Me® is the loving awareness of our equality as a humanity in service with practice  and education. The world is in need of powerful stewards of Love in humanity's course to make THE difference.
