The Mummy. One of the best historical fantasy/comedy films of all time, right? I mean, it was hugely successful and spawned two sequels, and had its own spin-off with The Scorpion King (2002). Starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz, this film transports you into 1930s Egypt on a mission to defeat a man who is undead, who unfortunately has a LOT of pent up anger. But, apart from the absolutely bonkers plot, what really stands out to me is the casting of The Mummy.
Join me as I go through the casting of The Mummy, led by Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz as Rick O'Connell and Evelyn Carnahan, and whether this casting is all that it's made up to be, or if it's just hyped up, and as I eventually play 'Cast It or Pass It' and decide whether the casting of The Mummy should stay, or if it should go.
