Today's episode was recorded straight outta therapy. I had some really heavy feelings last week of inadequacy and worthlessness, particularly surrounding my career and my future. In this episode, I'm sharing how I processed these feelings during therapy, where I discovered that I had a negative connotation around crying and that I felt I needed to have it all together and be "perfect." If you have a hard time embracing your emotions and vulnerability, this episode is for you. I'll remind you that it's okay not to have everything together all the time.

"All of these little things that I've told myself over the years have gotten me to this place where now unconsciously, I'm not allowing myself to cry."
