Today's episode was recorded straight outta therapy. I had some really heavy feelings last week of inadequacy and worthlessness, particularly surrounding my career and my future. In this episode, I'm sharing how I processed these feelings during therapy, where I discovered that I had a negative connotation around crying and that I felt I needed to have it all together and be "perfect." If you have a hard time embracing your emotions and vulnerability, this episode is for you. I'll remind you that it's okay not to have everything together all the time.

Anyone else experimenting with the latest social media app that’s got everyone in a frenzy? Today I’m chatting about what you can expect from Lemon8, a new content-creating platform created by none other than TikTok’s baby daddy + CEO. I was curious, so I downloaded it and posted a couple of times, but the jury’s still out on whether or not this is going to be a long-term thing for me.

I went on vacay recently and have noticed with recent trips that there’s a common occurrence: I have a hard time really being present and soaking in the moments, which makes it go by too fast or just miserable for me altogether!
