Today I share a framework that has been absolutely instrumental (no pun intended) in my own recovery journey
Ever notice how Luke Skywalker, Harry Potter, and Bilbo Baggins all seem to have the same story arc?
Something difficult happens, a mentor shows up, a journey is taken to slay the dragon, as it were...
Well, the same can be said for you who are going through an injury
I share this framework with my 1-1 clients, and wanted to share it with you!
We talk about how you can CHOOSE to embark on this journey that starts with a difficult injury, and can end with you becoming someone you only could dream of before.
But it all starts with that first decision to EMBARK on this hero's journey!
