Today we are here to talk about self care and what I call my 90 day reset. Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of time and capacity to have fun. The whole “I can’t sit down and read because I have to do laundry and the dishes” type of thing. We’ve all been there. When the internal competition between the desire to relax and the desire to be productive is LOUD.
So we’re going to talk about how making time for the fun stuff, for PLAY, is not a waste of time, that its an efficient way to handle the gunk og life that piles up. PLAY is literally the answer. The answer to stress management. The answer to becoming yourself. To releasing judgment and doubt. To being authentic.
