There are five elements or components of differentiation:
- content (what you to need to learn)

If you want to make your life different, you must start creating PRODUCTS for an AUDIENCE. A PRODUCT is anything you create using your gifts and talents with the intention to share it with an AUDIENCE. An AUDIENCE is one other person with whom you can share your creation.
A PRODUCT can be:
- helping someone
An AUDIENCE can be:
- a friend
