Heralded as one of, if not the greatest Werewolf movie ever put to screen John Landis's An American Werewolf in London offers not only a unique take on the lore that surrounds these creatures but also some of the most incredible practical effects throughout.

At the surprise of absolutely no one both me and Marc have heaps of praise to pile on in our review, along with a few observations of things that may not have dated as well as others.

Religious horror is fully Scott's wheelhouse and having dubbed this as one of his favourite movies of the year you would expect him to be saying the same on this episode.

Problem is some films on a rewatch do not live up to the initial viewing and maybe this is one of those? As for Marc he has some interesting takes on this movie and somehow completely missed the Jurassic Park style review.
