Meditation, what is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear that word? Is it sitting on a mountain top in a pretzel position, wearing white robes, with long Jesus-like hair (no offense Jesus), chanting OM? That's the visual I had in my mind. And then I realized, meditating is something that we all do, we're just not aware that we're doing it. That's where the conversation starts, then my thoughts take the convo off into left field!
