In this episode I discuss why you value a workout not in time when judging  your workouts.  

You will understand how to view your workouts when putting your program together. 

Time is used as a quantitative measurement, more time should equate to a better outcome.

That isn't true when it comes to workouts.  


I have worked out in my younger days where my workouts did take 2 hours, in my 30s I'm stronger now in less than half the time.
