We all put on masks. Masks of being perfect, helpful, accomplished, creative, intelligent, loyal, entertaining, strong, or accommodating — all to cover up the reality which we all share. Deep down we just want to be loved simply for the fact that we exist.
We learn to adjust how we present ourselves at an early age, and these masks end up dramatically affecting the way we experience life.
