This is Samantha Harman, or as some may know, @samanthasbeautyconfessions.
She reached out to me once she listened to one of my episodes, the episode about my childhood trauma to be exact.
She instantly resonated with what I had endured, but also wanted to share her story too.
This was the first time a bigger creator reached out to me because of my podcast, and if I'm being honest, I was shocked when she did.
The point of my podcast is to bring people together and show them that vulnerability is a beautiful thing. Social media doesn't have to be smoke and mirrors. You can use your platform to create this beautiful space of peace, happiness, and connection. It felt so good that she got the message - that through vulnerability, she felt safe enough to share her story too. She reminds us that she's also a human being. She experiences emotions just like the rest of us. She is just like the rest of us.
It feels so good that the podcast is getting into the right hands (or dare I say ears ;)

She was acknowledged as a Modern Salon Top 100 Stylist in 2019 and has received nine One Shot nominations.Samantha has a passion for helping others — whether she’s providing behind the chair services, teaching social media classes or sharing hair hacks with consumers, she is dedicated to providing others with the knowledge, tools and products needed for self empowerment.
