Hey, who doesn't love a little mid-season reflection episode? We're in 1st place, we're still in the Champions League, we're scoring goals and we're not letting other people score goals against us all that often! There's a lot to celebrate, so Joseph, Alex, and Will break down some of the keys to success so far, along with our mid-season MVPs and best performances in general.

Well, back to back losses aren't the best way to really ring in the new year, but it's not the end of the world. We've got a chance here to improve over the rest of the month, and we on the podcast have a chance to catch up on the past few weeks.

This week, Alex and Andrew are here to talk about the dismantling of Manchester United, our first two festive fixtures against Wolves and Newcastle, and what we want for Christmas. Liverpool advance into the round of 16 in the Champions League behind, well let's be honest, the best goal keeper we've had in at least a decade or so. AT LEAST. HOLY CRAP HE'S GOOD.

Alex and Zach get together to discuss the victory over Napoli that put us through, along with pressing topics such as Dres Mertens getting lit up and United being SCUM.

Wow, two wins in just a few days? Alex and Will take some time to discuss the joy of gritting out two victories during a time of year where fatigue and injury often win out. Get well soon, Joe Gomez!

It's our immediate reaction to the Mersyside Derby, complete with a lot of talk about goalkeepers and strikers and frustrations. But it's all good!

Joseph and Alex look at Watford and PSG, along with the season as a whole, in order to figure out why it is that our midfield has been weird this year. Not bad, sometimes very good, but always weird.

Ouch. That Red Star Belgrade match was.....bad.

Alex, Andrew, Will, and Zach get together to break down the 1-1 draw against Arsenal, including midfield woes, officiating woes, and the woes of what is going on with Trent Alexander-Arnold these days. Woe unto us all!

After two big, multi-goal victories in one week, we have to ask whether the team is starting to shake off the sloppiness that has plagued them on offense thus far. Also, Fabinho is fitting in nicely and Shaq continues to be a sparkplug, proving that this Klopp dude might know what he's looking for in players after all.
