We're down one man this week but fear not FLOW Show fans, it's The Return Of The Mac!!

First up we have a brief review of "Full Gear" review, before we discuss the biggest headline this week in Zelina Vega being fired from WWE. We question if the consequences would be as severe for someone like Xavier Woods or AJ Styles, and theorize if WWE simply chose to make an example out of Zelina Vega.

Next we speculate on Aleister Black's future in WWE, and praise Ricochet vs Ali on RAW. We address the meaning behind the names & masks of RETRIBUTION, and news of Mercedes Martinez requestingto leave the group & go back to the NXT roster. Plus we comment on Triple H's frustration watxhing his NXT Stars move to the main roster only to be stripped of what brought them to the dance to begin with.

We run down the current Men's Survivor Series team for Raw, and we question if Jeff Hardy is still a household name in WWE or has he just been spinning his wheels for the last 3 years.

Then Kwency pitches The Undertaker taking the last spot on Smackdown Men's Survivor Series team, as we debate if John Morrison's potential has been wasted with The Miz.

Finally we talk Cody Rhodes vs. Shaq in AEW, plus we rate Randy Orton's promo skills, Young Baca is excited for the new shirt from The Hurt Business, Mac checks the Sasha/Mandalorian haters, and apparently we're all envious of Titus O'Neil living his best life & much more!!
