In this episode, i am joined by a guest, a very good friend. Together we talk about what Godly Dating means and in between share our personal experience and how God's grace has brought us here.

We talk about emotional bondage and the damage it does to our lives. I talk about what God says in the Scriptures and the knowledge that Jesus has freed us from the chains of bondage.

I talk about my healing journey and the struggle i went through to forgive myself.

It is always important to reflect with much needed rest. So this month will be all about prayer and refelction, and going back to God's will and what is on my heart. Stay safe and be blessed.

What is accountability? We look at accountability from a Christian perspective and touch on accountability partners. And we see why accountability is important on our journey of faith.

Today we talk about the Holy Spirit and debunk myths about who He is. We look at His power and see how He works in the lives of believers.

I talk about the insecurities we as women have and how they distort our view of our bodies. I talk about my own insecurities and people i have met along the way who made me question my body. We go through Scriptures that tell us who God says we are and i encourage you to speak life into your live and others.

Today i look back at a lesson God has been teaching me throughout the year and my struggle with constantly wanting to be plugged into something.

This week we light the candle of peace. We talk about Jesus birth bringing peace to the world. And how we can surrender our worries and anxieties to Him.
