I realize that some of us woman wants a guy to express his self, to show emotions but we never think about how he grew up? If he was even allowed to express his self as a child. So I wanted to talk about toxic masculinity in this episode. For awhile now I’ve been getting lectured and judged by so many Christians about how a “Christian” is supposed to look, or act.... here I go with my rant !

Ever been chilling, out and about, hanging with your boo, friends,etc? And all of a sudden something that someone says/does reminds you of your ex, ex boyfriend, girlfriend, friend and as a result you feel triggered, you feel afraid, scared, confused? How did you feel when you were triggered? What did you do to handle the trigger? Did you revert back to your old ways? Or did you find a better way to handle it?

For a very long time I’ve battled with how I’m supposed to “look” as a Christian, and just recently I’ve learned that I’m not the only one that dealt with being a Christian but not “looking” like Christian. So with this episode I’m talking to anyone that feels like they battle with being a Christian but not exactly “looking” like one. What’s should matter is how your heart looks, not the outside.
