I wanted to do an episode that I felt could really help the the younger crowd...but it is also an episode to heal the younger self. It is all of the important things that I wished that I had known back then, that may just save someone else now. This can be for the teens, young adults and really anyone. Please be advised of trigger warnings, and if you would like to play it for a younger person....it would be advised to listen to it first and decide if it is right for them.
