Work and life were not what they wanted it to be, so Ian and Amy Anderson took a good hard look at other possibilities. They looked beyond the life they were currently living and dreamed up what they imagined. For them, this meant taking their jobs on the road since they realized they could be doing their work from anywhere in the world, just as easily as they did from their home base in Florida. With both dreams and practicality opening doors of possibility, they decided to move country to country every three months, working and experiencing cultures as they went.

Sam Thiara found himself in career that fit him like an oversized suit and quickly realized he needed a major career change. After much soul searching, he decided to go on a seemingly impossible quest to find his grandfather’s village—armed with little more than a faded photograph. As a British-born Indian, living in Canada, whose parents came from Fiji, he had many questions: Am I Indian? Am I Canadian? Am I Sikh? Who am I? As he began to piece together the puzzle of his history, Sam realized he was piecing himself together, too. It was through this experience that taught him that it's WHO he is that defines him and not WHAT he does. This helped him to find his passion and a career that suited more like a glove.
