In the spirit of the Thanksgiving season, I am going to really try to make a concentrated effort to focus on gratefulness instead of the challenges, problems, and anxiety that I can let take over, especially in the chapter of life that we are in currently.

I just want to start off the month by reminding us to be thankful for all things big and small. I’ve been through my share of tough times, and it never fails that gratitude is always the medicine to face the challenges. So cheers to making November one to remember!

Okay, moms & dads, here is your warning, Halloween is fast approaching, so start throwing together those costumes!

It took a few weeks, but I finally made it through my first audiobook, “The Anxious Generation.” And let me tell you it was fascinating and terrifying!

Make sure that no matter how the busy-ness of the season is trying to weigh you down, look around and find all that there is to be thankful for.
