I’ve always said that most of our days around here resemble a modern version of the John Wayne movie, “The Cowboys.”  

We wholeheartedly believe that kids are very capable of doing some big things, if given the chance!

Living out in the country and on a ranch means that many kids, like mine, spend a lot of time on a school bus!  Today on Ranch Raised I want to celebrate these special people in our kids’ lives.

So bring on summer. The mess, the memories, all of it! We are ready!

One thing is for sure, Mother’s Day is not for the faint of heart for ranch and farm women! So, wether you spent the day in a tractor, playing with cows,  or doing any of the hundred jobs you were called to do, just know that we salute all the mommas out there!
