Everyone has a ton of processes. Some work to make our lives better and some definitely do not work to serve our Selves.

If you ever repeat the same type of situations over and over again, and hear yourself saying, "I have bad luck," or "again!?" or "I always...." You are in control of these occurrences, even when you feel like you are being dealt a wrong hand, believe it or not it's your doings. The good news is THEY CAN BE SHIFTED! Becoming aware of our selves and our actions that lead up to these same occurrences is just the beginning.

I share some of my processes, and some experiences of parents I coach. Hopefully you will resinate with some or all.

Artist Statement

In April of 2005, I had a near death experience. While languishing in my hospital bed, I had an epiphany of biblical proportions. On the day that I was scheduled for surgery, I was released from the hospital.

Four months later, after never having painted before, I had my first one man show. People were amazed that after only two months of painting, I had already developed an identifiable style. I am an abstract artist and my goal is to give others a snapshot of the world that I live in through my art.

Erin Flowers of The Open Door Acting Company co-hosts the show today. We've been teaching acting and yoga to children 12-18 who live in a residential facility where they live and go to school to full time. They have no access to leave at their own desire. They* are considered children who were "unplaceable" in any existing facilities except State hospitals or correctional institutions.

You will hear funny, sad but most of all TRUTHFUL stories of young human beings who didn't have the "easiest" lives so far.
