🌿 Welcome to my personal, experimental neuroplastic brain exercise for pain reduction & to control cravings for weight loss.Romans 12:2 and Philippians 4 say we must not be conformed to the pattern of this world, which tries to program us to be fearful and think we're in danger all the time, but we must be transformed by the renewing of my mind, testing to discern God’s will and thinking only of what is good, pure, good, holy, and beautiful.I’m happy to share this exercise with you, but it is primarily an exercise for myself in my healing journey, because I’ve done the tests, according to Dr. John Sarno, Tanner Murtagh, Alan Gordon, Dan Buglio, and others, and the data proves I have neuroplastic pain in my neck, calves, ankles, and feet, as well as neuroplastic gut dysbiosis malfunction that has led to excess fat and weight. I’m coming from a Christian faith-based perspective, and I like to listen to this audio recording on my morning walk, repeating the words aloud, line by line, to myself. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we can heal through retraining, reprocessing and renewing our minds and brains—including the brain in our gut.Disclaimer: This exercise represents my personal meditation practice as a student.
