Your vet wants to help, and I am here to make sure you get as much info as possible. 
Here is everything I typically go over at a new puppy appointment:

05:42 The poop talk: fecal, deworming

07:02 Flea, tick, and heartworm preventions

10:16 Heartworm specifically. 

13:16 Spaying and Neutering. 

20:58 The only other thing I recommend to new puppy clients
