Think about everything I learned and home I have grown this year. It was a big year for me. I am happy my year may make your year better! A little bit about myself is that I am a nineteen-year-old woman who is working to become a social worker. I am a university student, a volunteer, a child and youth worker and working to become the best version of myself. I am a lifestyle vlogger and video maker trying to spread joy during this time. Just a Girl sharing her life with the internet. Who talks about her boyfriend way too much to be healthy. My inspiration comes from the videos that I like to see online. The things to remember are that you don’t have to be perfect, having a bad day is okay, small steps are still progress, being able to ask for help shows your strength, people love and appreciate you.

I used to be super unmotivated. Especially halfway through quarantine I didn’t want to do anything. I found that doing things that had a due date motivated me to continue to start projects. Learn a little more about me and my life right now! My dog comes in and interrupts but the show must go on! Be prepared for barking!

I have been really thinking about what I should be doing to take care of myself during this stressful time! I have found some ways that work for me! That I have done that have translated into the rest of my life. This is what works for me I don’t want to say that these are what you should be doing. Everyone is different and you need to be doing things that work for you.

I have not always been at the stage I am now in my self love journey. Their are still things that I am working on and haven’t been able to work through yet. I love you all and I hope that non of you have felt the hate that I felt towards myself and my body. I am sending all my love and support out to you people! I want to be able to protect you from those feelings but unfortunately I am unable too❤️

Right now, it is important that we pay attention to the news and what is happening in our world.

I’ll vote for politicians that share my values to promote equality and inclusivity. When we all vote towards people who support these values. We are very powerful when we all come together to support this group to create change in our society.

Speaking up when I hear people using oppressive language. Letting your friends know that they have been using language that was offensive to others. Starting with having the conversation with your friends and family. Working to be an ally for those who are a part of this community

I'm far from being able to be all high and mighty. I’m not perfect at being ally and we are all learning how to become better people and a better more inclusive society. I’m going to be trying, learning and failing. Constructive criticism is always helpful. The last thing I would like to do.

Going into what I’m doing to try and be productive during this time we are all safe at home. Feeling like a failure for not being the most productive person in the world. Seeing all the people on social media and worrying that I am not doing enough.
