So much like my recent client, who had an established coaching business, and noticed she kept pushing things off, even the smallest things.

When we met she was struggling with overwhelm, feeling frozen with some of the nudges she’d gotten from her clients about new ways to work with them.

Diving in deeper into her Human Design (and the gifts she innately brought into her client work), we uncovered that she was actually struggling with a deeper rooted fear of change and growth.

Because her clients, and new clients coming her way were nudging her to uplevel.

After working with her on key pieces of her Human Design, she was able to recognize the patterns that were keeping her business stuck, and how she could then detach her identity from the outcomes of those bigger bolder moves in her business.

Her results? → She was able to take action with more confidence, create newer offer, and celebrate EVERYTHING along the way.

If you’ve been in business a bit, you’ve likely come across your own struggles with perfection.

To the point of it keeping you stuck on something in your business!

And we’ve all heard the phrase “progress over perfection” right?? 🙋‍♀️

Perfection, and trying to fit your business in a box someone else gave you is absolute something I’ve worked with many clients on!

Today I’m tackling to topic of “to niche down…or NOT”

I KNOW you’ve likely come across coaches out there who have their flag planted in the sand on one side of this fence or the other.

And the client inspiration I’m bringing you today was struggling with exactly this!

Niching down!

Perfecting her “niche” in her brand and spinning her wheels in frustration.

As a coach and healer in the online space she offered her clients multiple modalities and services.

And she was trying to fit EVERYTHING into ONE neat box.

Here’s the thing…

I don’t stand for or against niching down.

I see the benefits of both.

What I stand for…is making sure YOU create the business, brand and marketing that works FOR YOU!

And this client being a Manifesting Generator with a few unique strengths in her Human Design chart, we figured out a way that she could set herself apart from everyone else…WITHOUT cramming her into a box.

She built her OWN dang box 🙌

How’s that for niching down 🔥

Today I’m diving into 3 key questions I asked her during this process.

And these questions are ones you can ask yourself to help navigate whatever you’re stuck on in your business right now.

Instead of niching down, what you can ask yourself first is:

What am I trying to accomplish with this?

Shiny new marketing strategies are everywhere!
