Melissa Aidukas is the founder and CEO of Women in Business Social Networking and My Coffee Connect. Melissa’s passion for entrepreneurship began as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and Dove Chocolate Independent Sales Representative. Her vision of women business owners supporting, motivating, and inspiring one another grew from these early experiences into her successful networking group, Connect Women in Business in 2012.
Since the business’s inception, she received the runner-up nomination for Best Organizations in PA, awarded by Montco Happening; appeared on Fox on Q, RVN TV, CEO Chat and Power up your Passion, TWO Word Story of This is It, and Exposed and Express and was invited as a guest speaker at Lehigh Valley Elite Network and Innovative Networking Professionals.
Melissa believes her greatest accomplishments, however, have been teaching business owners how to network effectively, providing quality connections for her attendees,
and supporting local businesses in driving their success. In 2020, Melissa started My Coffee Connect virtually, allowing her to support business connections both nationally and internationally. Her tenacity, passion, networking expertise, and attention to detail have provided hundreds of business owners with the opportunity to make meaningful and lasting business connections. Melissa lives in Douglasville, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons. She enjoys biking and dining out with her husband and most of all, family time.
