What is "conscience" and how can you use yours to help you find your way through life?

As you're trying to navigate through life - figure out who you are, what you're passionate about, how to create some balance - you need tools to help you navigate. Chances are, you have navigational equipment that you're not using, one of those tools is your CONSCIENCE. 

We all have it, the little voice that tells us whether something will serve us or not. 

I like to look at my conscience as a compass -- it tells me if I'm moving North, South, East or West. And I use that compass to navigate through life. 

In today's episode I talk about how your conscience compass works, how you can learn to trust it more, and how to use it to navigate your life more effectively.
