It makes a difference what changes you're trying to make in your life, building new habits or deconstructing old habits… It really comes down to the same thing… Your destiny is in your hands!
A week from now, a month from now, a year from now, if you've changed or if you are the same, it's down to you. There's no point in saying to yourself, I should have done it a month ago, or a year ago, because that's impossible… You can't should have done anything. All you can do is do it now.
Leave the wishful thinking to Walt Disney. If you put in the time plus the effort, you will see results.
