hi besties! happy monday! today’s episode is your continuous glucose monitor (cgm) handbook. i talk about the benefits of wearing a cgm and the similarities/differences between the dexcom g6 sensor and the freestyle lite libre sensors. i also talk about the first time i saw my favorite singer, role model, wearing his dexcom and how much it meant to me. i also wear a dexcom g6 sensor and i use the skingrip overlay patches!

i am a big supporter of wearing a cgm as it has personally helped me so much with managing my blood sugar, although i know it is not exactly easy for everyone to get access to them. i truly hope that someday access to diabetes management devices becomes easier and less expensive. we’re in this together <3
