Welcome to the series, Addressing Today's Confusion from the Word of God. In this episode, Lori shares how God institutes and defines marriage and how we should uphold biblical marriage in all situations. 

Lori Joiner is a Bible teacher, conference speaker, author, and discipleship coach with a passion for helping women know Christ, grow in their faith, and confidently study and apply God's Word.

She is the founder of Lori Joiner Ministries, an organization dedicated to equipping the global body of Christ through Bible studies, books, discipleship resources, conferences, and women's retreats.

Before founding her ministry, Lori served for 23 years as a full-time missionary with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), traveling throughout the United States and internationally. Her ministry experience includes evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, cross-cultural ministry, and directing women's ministries. She also lived overseas, serving undercover in several Middle Eastern countries while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.

Lori founded and directed the Faith House, a discipleship home for college-aged women in Waco, Texas, where she invested in their spiritual growth through biblical mentoring and intentional community.

She has written numerous discipleship resources, including:

Whether speaking to a small Bible study or a large audience, her desire is to communicate God's Word with biblical depth, practical application, and encouragement that inspires lasting spiritual growth.

Lori lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband, Alan, and their two sons, Josh and Jake.
