Your DIY Health with Sgt. Jim Ramm (retired)

Sarge is joined by Constitutional Historian and Authority, Michael Gaddy and they address the issue of mandatory vaccinations. Sarge plays a clip of Alan Dershowitz saying that 'you have no constitutional right to NOT be vaccinated' referring to the SCOTUS opinion in 197 US 11 'Jacobson v Massachusetts (1905). Michael agrees with Sarge that Dershowitz it TOTALLY WRONG as is the Supreme Court in the referenced opinion. He then goes on to explain why. The big problem is the ignorance of the American people who are allowing these things to take place!

Dershowitz on Mandatory Vaccination: https://youtu.be/k7l1gU0_eyA

Sarge opens the show by playing a clip of a doctor in California who’s calling for the reopening of their state and the U.S.A. He also plays a clip of Alan Dershowitz saying the a we have NO Right to NOT be vaccinated – which is total B.S.! He’s basing his opinion on a bogus SCOTUS opinion from 1905. Here’s a clue Alan, THE SUPREME COURT HAS BEEN WRON MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, LIKE IN THIS CASE, AND THEY WILL BE WRONG AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! They are not the final say in what’s Constitutional in this country! The discussion takes many curves and goes many places based on calls and chat room comments.

Sarge opens the show by playing a clip of a California physician who, like so many of his colleagues, is questioning the official narrative and calling for the reopening of their city, county, state and country! The conversation continues along those lines and Robert and Chuck call in with other questions and comments. Good show!

Sarge opens the show by playing a short clip of Attorney Alan Dershowitz making the statement that, "you have NO RIGHT to Not be vaccinated"! We will be addressing this more thoroughly on Thursday with Mike Gaddy, but I wanted to get started on it today by taking a look at the Constitution to try to find the so-called "Police Powers" that he referred to that completely abrogated our individual Rights and you know what? I couldn't find them! Robert called in and joined the conversation, but we basically came to the conclusion the Dershowitz had swallowed the Gates / Fauci KoolAide! More on Thursday!

Fauci the Ferengi! Fauci is in it for the money just like the Ferengis of Star Trek! Kind of look the same too! Sarge talks with Robert at the beginning of the show about CryptoSocieti and then shifts to what new with COVID-19 and his sources are saying that the actual number of Americans who have actually died from the virus is less than 1,200! The number are being fudged BIG TIME! Samuel calls in and we get into what may be happening next, but it's a sure thing we 'won't be going back to normal'!
