Sohail Rashid's Dream Gym is not as tech-heavy as you'd think, but it doesn't disappoint on the heavy power-lifting.

As with many other dream gyms, this one's more about the people than the kit, although The Lab does have an R&D corner.

Sohail is another early riser guest, often working out around 5 am and finding time for meditation before the day's work.

Rob Jones from Xplor talks to us this week about his early days cycling with Brian Rourke and Steve Farrell around Stoke on Trent, and latterly munro bagging, cave diving, lake and sea swimming, with a little yoga throw into the mix too, followed by tapas and Rioja!

His dream gym, Vita, is in Costa Rica, next to a lake and a forest, so all about the outdoors, but it also has a yoga room, relaxation space, and great workspace.

This week on Your Dream Gym, we're joined by industry legend and veteran, Sal Pellegrino.

Sal is the Executive Director of the Fitness Industry Suppliers Association (FISA).

He talks about strength training, mixed with a little cardio and stretching, and hiking at weekends. His dream gym, The Pellegrino Fitness Institute, has indoor and outdoor training areas, where no-one 'works-out', there are heaps of weights and racks, and always good, fresh coffee!

Smiles are Vital is Craig's Dream Gym, a country club that is all-inclusive (i.e. includes everyone, not free drinks round the clock, although...)
