I encourage you to take about 5 minutes to complete the following exercise:
Write down every thought or belief you have about yourself as an empty-nester - in other words, who you believe you’ll be, what you’ll be doing, what you want, etc.
Then, I invite you to read over your thoughts and beliefs with these questions in mind:
