The existential crisis: Profound, yet universal. We’ve all had those moments lying awake at 2am wondering, “WTF?!” (i.e. What am I doing here? What’s the point of it all?). Typically, these existential questions leave you feeling lost in despair—we humans prefer to feel in control and in the know, after all. But what I’m here to share with you today is a different perspective, one in which your existential crisis is actually a GOOD sign, rather than a bad one. You see, I think it is a sign of sanity and wisdom to question everything every once in a while. Otherwise, you are probably living in an unconscious rut, to be frank. And sometimes, the best way to find yourself, is to get lost first ;)
