Flourishing begins with letting go, not always of people, but of the heaviness, the grudges, the knots in our spirit. Forgiveness loosens the grip, and in that release, we grow.

"Forgiveness is Love. Forgiveness is Trust. Forgiveness is Liberation. Forgiveness is Holy." It takes an extreme amount of courage and strength to forgive.

Forgiveness is liberation and the first step to get there is learning to step outside of yourself; having the courage to pause, recenter, and then respond, not just react.
