Welcome to the Your Favourite F Word Podcast, where we dive deep into conversations around food, fitness, feelings, with the occasional fuck thrown in. We’re your hosts, Sara & Nicola, owners of Paradigm Nutrition & Performance, nutrition coaches, besties, and most importantly, humans.
This show is for coaches, self-growth oriented folks, active humans, or anyone looking to deepen their understanding and relationship with food, movement & themselves. We’ll be having open discussions around the scientific principles of nutrition, training & behaviour change, along with strategies for coaches & trainers to build deeper connections with their clients.
We'll also be having lots of chats (& maybe some rants) on self-care, introspection, self-exploration and all the fuck yes’s and fuck no’s that come along with navigating our individual human experience (especially in the wild west of the fitness industry).
Our goal for the podcast is to create a space for education, exploration & curiosity!
In our first few episodes, we’ll be diving into how we met & how Paradigm came to be, tips for navigating your nutrition in social situations, “human-centred” coaching & how to apply it to your business,& your life.
